Article Abstract
Multiple studies link aortic arch atheroma as a donor site for cerebral emobli.However,treatment of this condition remains controversial.We report a patient with recurrent brain emboli from an ulcerated,thrombogenic aorta treated with aortectomy and graft replacement.
